Delighted to be appearing as guest reader this very evening at Cork’s own Alchemy Café as part of the Spotlight Poetry Reading series. Also featuring is Limerick’s Bam O’Grady as guest comedian. Plus there’s an open mic! It all kicks of at 7.30.pm.
Alchemy Café is a special word-friendly venue, so if you’re Cork-based it’s definitely the place to be this evening..
I’m delighted to participate in this year’s Doolin Writers’ Weekend which takes place in that beautiful part of the world from the 4th to the 6th of March. It’s an amazing program, featuring Joseph O’Connor, Sonny Condell, Danielle McLaughlin, Dermot Bolger and many more. There’s also a publishing seminar from the amazing team behind Banshee magazine.
I’ll be reading on the Saturday at 3.30pm at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party along with Elaine Feeney, June Caldwell, E.M. Reapy, Neil McCarthy. If you’re anywhere within in driving distance this is definitely a festival not be missed!
